Obituary of Helen Isabel Watt

Watt, Helen Isabel

(Longtime employee of Canadian Forces Base Borden)

Passed away peacefully at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie on Wednesday August 9th, 2017 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Robert Armstrong (2011).  Loving mother of Keith Watt (Beverley), Valerie (Bruce Rumney), Kevin Watt (Sherry). Much loved grandma of Jason, Tanner, Colter, Ruby, and Jillian. Helen in predeceased by parents George (1972) and Lyla Hawke (1967) and their son Don Hawke (2012), survived by his wife Rosemary and family. After many years Helen made contact with her birth family in 2000. She is predeceased by parents Harold (1996) and Mary (1983) Morby; also predeceased by siblings Doug Wagner (2004), Wayne Morby (2016) survived his wife Jean and family. Lovingly remembered by her sister Connie Duguay, brother Brian Morby, their families, and by special friend John Prince of Angus.

A Celebration of Helen’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Br 499, 15 Fraser Street Angus on Tuesday September 26th, 2017 at 11 a.m. followed by a reception.
