Martin: Leona Irene

Passed away peacefully at her home Orillia on Saturday September 9th, 2017 in her 92nd year.   Leona Martin (nee Bushill) beloved wife of the late Royce Alexander Martin.  Loving mother of David (Cynthia), Paul (Christine), Cheryl Stone (Calvin) and the late Brenda Murray. 

Loving grandmother of  Chris-Anne Preston (Heath), Kelly Gunby, Amanda Martin, Kevin Martin, Bryant Martin (Jenna), Jeremy Martin (Amy), Darin Martin (Sarah), Andrea Doherty (Dominic), Ashley Wakem (Adam), Dustin Martin (Shanna), Lauren Martin, Kyle Martin,  Angela Murray (predeceased), Brent Murray (Nicole),  Brianne Murray, John Merz (Trina), Megan Martin (Aubrey), Crystal Stone-Simms (Greg), Candice Stone-Duttagupta (Sudip), Camille Stone and Chantelle Stone. 

Great grandmother of Jordan, Kendal, Connor, Kala, Jayme, Hailey, Page, Cole, Davin, Lily, Liam, Christian, Jaden, Senja, Abigail, Naomi, Leah, Amelia, Madeleine, Tristan,  Cruz, Preston, Hayden, Brycen, Camryn, Sophie, Levi, Korra, Everly, Maddelynne, Corbin, Lucy, Adalynn and Aria.   Great great grandmother of Diem.

Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James Street E. Orillia on Wednesday September 13th from 7 to 9 p.m.  Funeral Services will be held at Hillside Bible Chapel 195 Atlantis Drive Orillia on Thursday September 14th at 11 a.m.  Interment St. Andrew’s St. James Cemetery Orillia.  Memorial donations to the Hillside Bible Chapel, Green Haven Shelter for Women or the Gideon Bible Memorial Plan would be appreciated.   Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.simcoefuneralhome.ca
