Obituary of Edith Galbraith

Galbraith: Edith Irene (nee Slade) Passed away very peacefully surrounded by her loving family, at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Friday, January 28, 2011 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Elmer Galbraith of Orillia. Much loved mother of Diane and her husband Nick Ruyter of Orillia and Terry and his wife Mary of Gravenhurst. Loved grandmother of Jason Ruyter (Laurie), Shawn Ruyter (Tara) and Nicole Ruyter-Sturrock (Matthew) and great- grandmother of Trent Sturrock and McKayla and Kolton Ruyter. Dear sister of Harold, Jim, Ettie, Doris, Jean and Audrey, all predeceased. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E, Orillia on Monday, January 31st from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, February 1st at 1 p.m..
