My deepest condolences to Bill's wife and children during this difficult time. I recognized Bill's name as my background investigator when I applied to the OPP in 1997. Although it was more than 25 years ago, I clearly remember Bill being a kind, soft spoken man who answered any questions I had regarding the hiring process. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
