Like Bill, an immigrant to Eastern Ontario in the early 50's, we met at the expat community at Calvin in the early 60's. You knew Bill by his big grin, and the wave in his shock of blond hair. We ended up at opposite ends of the country, he in Haney, I in Truro, N.S., but connected again when Home Missions recruited him for student ministry at Queens and me for similar service at the U. of T. In seminary we suspected he'd become a scholar, but he ended up doing wonderful service as a chaplain. I am grateful for having known him, and grateful for the blessings he and Ginny received. Well done you good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of your Lord. Mt.25
