Obituary of Lawrence Anthony Vessair

Vessair, Lawrence Anthony Lovingly known as Poppa, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2025. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Barbara. Poppa loved the outdoors and could be found fishing, gardening, and doing yard work. He spent a lot of time walking through the parks in Orillia, enjoying nature. He never slowed down taking care of the yard. Poppa had a favourite fishing spot and loved to go there when he could. He is survived by his grandson, Jessy Johnston, who cared for him for the past 12 years. Jessy was his sole care provider and will miss Poppa terribly. Lawrence is also survived by his granddaughter Amber, many other family members, and friends. Cremation has taken place and as per his wishes there will be no service.
