Obituary of Annetta Jane Cooke

Cooke, Annetta Jane (nee Beebe) Annetta Jane Cooke (nee Beebe) was born in Sarnia on December 22nd , 1925 and passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on Saturday, April 19th , 2025, in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late George Cooke. Much loved mother of Gordon Cooke and daughter-in- law of Carol Cooke. Loving grandmother of Chad Cooke (Nicole Hinton) and Leanne Knee (Marc McCrae). Beloved great grandmother of David Cooke, Brayden Ostertag, Katie Cooke, and Madison Knee. Loved by sisters, Mary and Isobel (both predeceased). Annetta will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held at Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E. on Sunday April 27th , 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and on Monday April 28th, 2025, from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be held at St. Andrew’s -St. James Cemetery in Orillia.
