Obituary of John Sellick

Sellick, Arthur “John” John passed away peacefully at Oak Terrace in Orillia on June 2nd , 2025 in his 88th year. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Catherine Sellick and his sister Carole Sellick Kennedy. Brother to David Sellick (Maureen). Beloved husband, best friend and life partner to Sharon Sellick. Loving father of Dawn Smith (Mike) and Hazel Sellick. Cherished grandfather to Devon Porte, Lee Porte, Landen Sellick, and Austin Smith. Great-grandfather to Catherine Porte and Sariah Porte. His many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. John had a great love for music. Starting with playing bass guitar with his band Johnny and the Jays to playing bass guitar in the church band. John will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. A celebration of John's life will be held at a future date.
