Obituary of Leeann Mae Newby

Newby, Leeann Mae On June 14th, 2025, heaven gained an angel as our beloved mother Leeann Mae nee McCutcheon Newby went home to join her best friend, her heart and soul Francois Martin aka "Maverick". Leeann leaves behind her children Cheryl and Jamie MacIntyre, Jackie and Russ Barrack, John Newby (predeceased), Jim Newby and Kate Farr, and Leanne O'Brien and Maurice Brochu. She was Nana to her grandchildren Faith, Angus, Karleigh, Lexi, Alyssa, Kaelynn and Hunter. She was loved and cherished by them dearly. Leeann is survived by her siblings Janice Burt and Kim McCutcheon, predeceased by Jill Khalif and Rick McCutcheon. Leeann was blessed with the dearest of extended family and took great comfort in her friendship with Mel and Vivian Martin, Angel Martin, Kevin Martin and Julie Martin (predeceased) Lorraine Martin and Henry. Details of a celebration of Leeann’s life and interment will follow at a later time.
