Obituary of Jean Isabel Watkins

Watkins, Jean Isabel Jean passed away peacefully on July 22, 2025 at Mariposa House Hospice, Severn, in her 91st year. Loving wife of 66 years to John, loving mother to Kelly Gard nee Watkins (Brian) and Kenneth Watkins, loving grandmother to Wesley and Andrew Gard and Nathan Watkins. Jean was the last of the 9 Cossar siblings. Jean will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Jean was a decades long volunteer at Soldiers Memorial Hospital and the Canadian Cancer Society and felt very strongly about giving back to her community. The family wishes to thank staff from the following organizations for their wonderful care and support; Mariposa House Hospice, Bayshore Health and their Personal Support Care Partners. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
