Obituary of Duncan Forrest

Forrest, Duncan Charles Robert Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Monday August 4th, 2025, at the age of 73. Born in Ottawa, predeceased by his parents Frederick and Dorothy Forrest. Beloved husband of Deborah (nee Forsyth) for 51 years. Loving father of Barbara Bannerman (Connel), and Kimberley VanMierlo. Proud grandfather of Cole, Claire, Chase, Ashton, Kai, Ryder, and Rys. Dear brother of James (Pat), Oralee Richardson (Charlie), Dawn Kelly (Al), Margaret Briden-McAllister (Neil), and the late Bonnie Forrest. Duncan will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. In keeping with Duncan’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
