Obituary of Gloria Ann Turner

Turner, Gloria Ann Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Wednesday October 8th, 2025, at the Age of 71. Gloria was the beloved wife of the late Harry Turner. Loving mother of Tracey (Chris), Robert (Courtney), and Amanda. Cherished grandmother of Kyle, Jesse, Laura, Dakota, Alexis, Robert, Charlotte, Caitlyn, Gabriella; and great grandmother of Melody and Xavier. Dear sister of Ivan Inglis (Georgina-predeceased), and Alvin, and Gordie-both predeceased. Gloria will be dearly missed by her cousin Andrew, many family, and friends. A service of remembrance will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 Jame Street E Orillia on Thursday October 16th at 11:00 a.m. A Celebration of Gloria’s life will be held at the Moose Lodge, 6 Kitchener Street Orillia on Sunday October 19th, 2025, from 1-4 p.m. If desired memorial donations may be made in Gloria’s name to the Salvation Army, or to the Sharing Place.
