Sincere condolences from Richard & Helene Gabourie and family. My uncle Gerry was always full of life and laughter. From the pool hall to lazy days on Lake Couchiching, Gerry was always larger than life and will be remembered fondly.

The Recent passing of my eldest Brother Gerald Edward Gabourie "Gerry" on November 09 2025 , at the age of 88 is a great loss to me and my family.
My condolences to my Brother's Son Gerry and his family and my brother Gerry's Grand Children, Nephews and Nieces, friends and families.
I have many found memories growing up in Orillia on Lake Couchiching along with 5 Sisters and 2 older Brothers Gerry and Ed, whom I followed around like a puppy dog.
My Eldest Brother Gerry was 7 years and 10 months older than me and at an early age, He taught how to use carpenter tools, fix and repair boats and motors, along with the art of fine finishing wood.
When I was 15 my family opened a Marina on Lake Couchiching and I worked along side of my Dad and my brother Gerry and I learned a lot about the finer details of boat building refinishing and outboard motor repairs.
My brother's were always there when I needed them !
I savor the memories of the times that I went fishing and hunting with my brothers. My eldest brother Gerry was always noticeably upbeat and and cheerful. There was never a shortage of laughter at the Hunt Camp, Halloween dress up party or any family gatherings'. Gerry always had a funny story or a joke to tell. ( Some made up and some repeated). Gerry's jokes along with his facial expressions were priceless!
I will forever miss my Brother "Gerry" with fond memories, love and respect.
I am sure Gerry will smile and bring a little laughter along the way when He enters " The Pearly Gates Of Heaven".
God Bless You Gerry , you will be lovingly remembered !
May You Rest IN Peace,
Your Brother,
Frank
