Obituary of Peter Francis Elder

Elder, Peter Francis (Member of the Golden Rule Masonic Lodge #409) Passed away peacefully at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Sunday December 14th, 2025, at the age of 75. Born in Hamilton Ontario, predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Dorothy Elder. Beloved husband of Joan (nee Oldfield) for 52 years. Loving father of Lynn Peterson, and Jodie Elder (Mike). Proud grandfather of Jessica and Jazlyn; great grandfather of Jacob. Dear brother of Larry (Marilyn)-both predeceased, Bob Elder (Marg), David Elder-predeceased; sister-in-law Shirley. Much loved uncle of Kelly, Jamey, Jeff (Jennifer), Natasha (Daniel), Kristy (Ryan). Proud great uncle of Kayla, Alyssa, Katie, Abby, Taylor, and Brooke. Pete will be fondly remembered by his, family and friends.
