Sharon and I watched Maureen grow from a spindly legged teenager to a lovely young lady. We felt her anxiety as she grew to adulthood, we rejoiced with her in her life’s accomplishments and marvelled at the mother she became to her own lovely daughters. I grieve alone now but find comfort in knowing that Maureen leaves behind a wonderful family and a circle of close friends who love her dearly and will cherish the memory of her, her warmth and friendship, her thoughtful kindness; throughout our lives. My deepest condolences to Colleen and Wendy, Maureen will be missed. I remember as kids and having play dates at the house, Maureen was so sweet and welcoming. She was always cooking or baking and up for conversation. She loved her girls so much and raised them to be kind, independent and great mothers. Rest in peace, Maureen.
