Westwood, Maureen Passed away peacefully at Huronia Hospice - Tomkins House, Penetanguishene on Thursday January 22nd, 2026, at the age of 85. Beloved wife of John Westwood for 35 years, and William Hill -predeceased (1985). Loving mum of Stephen Hill (Maureen Mahoney), Dawna Luckman (Ron), and Robert Hill (Rhonda), and stepmother of Susanne Westwood (Keith Robillard), and Stephen Westwood. Cherished grandmother of Joe, Jason (Erika), Megan, Michelle, Braydon, Jarret, Jeremy (Katherine), Kayla (Ira), Natalie (Marc); Great grandmother of Logan, Imogene, Parker, Brooklyn, Shane, Kylie, Anderson, River, Aiyannah. Dear sister of Christine Knowles. Maureen will be lovingly remembered by many family and friends. A service to celebrate Maureen’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Wednesday January 28th, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. followed by a reception. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations maybe made to Hospice Huronia-Tomkins House.
