Obituary of Maggi Romanko

Romanko, Marguerite Madeleine Maggi, Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Thursday March 26th, 2026, at the age of 84. Born in Beauchastel QC and predeceased by her parents Aurele and Verna Cusson. Devoted and beloved wife of Joseph for 63 years. Loving mother of Victor (Teareasa), Michael (Vida), Sonya Bell (Jeff). Cherished grandmother of Michael, Jessica, Koby, Noah, Zane, Jake, and Peyton; great grandmother of Taydum, Owen, Weston, and Evie. Dear sister of Clifford (Carol), Randy (Devon), Tim (Dee); predeceased by Cecile Storey, Gerry Courvoisier, Dennis, Danny, and Louis. Maggi will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered for her warm smile by many family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E Orillia on Saturday April 11th, 2026, from 11am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 12 noon.
