Obituary of Chuck Givens

Givens, William James Charles Chuck passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Saturday April 4th, 2026, at the age of 83. Born in Orillia and predeceased by his parents Earl and Evelyn Givens. Beloved husband of Helen (nee Archer) for 59 years. Loving father of Sean (Jackie), Andrea (Greg LeBlanc). Proud grandad of Keagan (Alesha), Kieran, Mason (Stephanie), Brady, Makinna, Elle, Reese; great grandad of Thomas, Liam, Lennox, and Lydia. Dear brother of Joan (Ron-predeceased), Jean (Tony-predeceased), David (Valerie); predeceased by Twylla, Earlene, Jack, and Jimmy. Chuck will be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family, friends and Lego. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E. Orillia on Monday April 13th, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service to be held in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Followed by a reception.
