Obituary of Gerry Brockbank

Brockbank, Gerald Clark Gerry passed away peacefully at his home in Orillia with the love of his family by his side on Wednesday April 8th, 2026, at the age of 81. Gerry was born in Orillia and predeceased by his parents William and Alma Brockbank. Beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Cousineau) for 59 years. Loving father of Timothy Brockbank (Barb), and Sherri-lynn Beuck. Proud grandfather of Amanda, Braeden, Erik, and Christian. Predeceased by his siblings Douglas (survived by Doreen), and Marlene Rombos (late Peter). Gerry will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E Orillia on Thursday April 16th, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service in the chapel at 12:00 p.m. A reception will follow.
