Obituary of Bill Gapen

Gapen, William Robert - “Bill” Bill passed away peacefully, after a short battle with cancer at the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on Saturday April 25th, 2026. He was born in Nipigon, Ontario, May 19, 1955. He was predeceased by his parents Donald and Evelyn Gapen. Dear brother of John Best and Sharon Dorn – both predeceased. Beloved partner of Richard Nolan. Bill will be missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends and former colleagues. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday September 16th, 2026 at the Columbus Centre – 901 Lawrence Ave. West, North York - 1 – 4 p.m. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to gabcap@sympatico.ca .
