Obituary of Dennis Ivan Dwinnell

Dwinnell Dennis Ivan Passed away peacefully at Mariposa House Hospice on Sunday February 4th , 2024, at the age of 78. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Minnie Dwinnell. Dear brother of Jerry Dwinnell (Rosemarie)and Marion Heavener (late Harry). Predeceased by Clarence, Donald, and Audrey. Dennis will be missed and lovingly remembered his special friends, Virginia Scholtz and David Cotton, as well as his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Sunday February 11th , 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow. Spring Interment at Elmvale Cemetery. The family would like to offer a sincere thank you to the staff at Orillia Soldier’s Memorial Hospital, Soldiers 1 as well as to the staff at the Mariposa House Hospice for their excellent care and compassion.
