Obituary of Steven Payne

Payne: Steven James At the Toronto General Hospital with family at his side, on Monday November 9th 2015 in his 66th year. Steven Payne, beloved husband of the late Cindy Payne (nee Whitmell). Lovingly remembered by his fiancé Ruth Dawson. Much loved father of Angela Brown (Jason), James Cumpson, Shelby Elyea (Trent), Jerry Payne, Drew Payne (Carly), Mikel Payne (Anna), and Chelsey Payne (Chadwick). Loving grandfather of Tyler, Skylar, Terreis, Zaviar, Paige, Jakob, Mia and Mariah. Son of the late Robert and Bernice Payne. Dear brother of Bill-predeceased, Janet (Jay), Cheryl (Peter), Nancy, Robert (Liz) and Donna (Jim). Remembered by Ruth's family Dwayne, Doug and Skye. Steven will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. A visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E Orillia on Saturday November 14th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Sunday November 15th 2015 at 1 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
