Obituary of Rosemary Rule Prowse

Rosemary Rule Prowse (nee Stitt) On March 25th at RVH in Barrie in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Ted. Wonderful mother to Michael (Mary) and Lee Kelly (Paul). Darling Granny to Evan and Dylan Prowse & Henry and Jaina Kelly. And loving Auntie Pone to extended family and friends. Rosemary was born in Antofagasta, Chile and lived in Buenos Aires, Haileybury ON and London ON before settling in Toronto for most of her adult life. She was a welcoming and generous hostess, keen bibliophile, talented artist and inveterate article clipper. She treasured the friends she made at the Women's Art Association of Canada and at the ROM as a volunteer and life member.Friends and family are invited to Rosemary's daughters home for a memorial gathering on Sunday April 23rd at 1:00 p.m. If desired, donations to the Orillia Lighthouse Building Hope project orillialighthouse.ca are appreciated.
