COVID-19 Update:

In these uncertain times for our community, province, country, and world, we will be closely monitoring updates from our local health authorities, and our governing agencies for funeral services, to guide our services and operations here at Simcoe Funeral Home, and our care for our families, staff and our community.

Simcoe Funeral Home is operating with a few  changes. We will be following the rules mandated in the current state of emergency for Ontario – public gatherings will be limited to our 30% capacity. Please speak with one of our Licensed Funeral Directors as to what our facility will safely accommodate  depending on your Celebration of Life/Funeral Service needs. We will be maintaining all the recommended guidelines for disinfecting our facility, hygiene, social distancing- 6 ft, etc.

For the services we offer, much of the arrangements/ administrative work can be completed from a distance, via email, phone, and fax. If you are unsure as to whether or not you need to come into the funeral home, place a donation, or to arrange a service etc, please call ahead and ask. As per recommended practices, please do not visit our facility if you have a cough, cold, or fever. We are taking all precautions and steps needed to be a responsible community member, to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
