Rest in peace dear Billy. Your brilliant smile, kindness and outlook on life will be remembered forever by all who knew and loved you!!! Sad that you have left us, although only for a time. Heaven needed another beautiful bright star to shine more light up there, I guess. God bless and comfort all of your family. Glad I got the privilege to know such a sweet and kind person on earth who always thought of others first and had such an exuberant out look on life, and loved the lord so much!!! Blessings and condolences to Bill's family at this time and always.
