Dear family and friends of Rao: I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Rao's passing. During the short time I knew Rao, I knew her as a good soul with a heart of gold. I loved how she set up a game she called "Christmas in July" for all of us to play at work (Home Depot), she put a lot of herself into it and was very excited to see it get off the ground. I knew Rao as an animal lover. She talked about buying a tent style door for her balcony so her dog could enjoy their outdoor space by letting herself in and out. She told me a funny story about training her with a piece of pizza, to use the door. It was a pleasure and a privilege to have known Rao. She mattered and she is missed. I'm sorry I was unable to attend the service, I was away for the weekend and wasn't able to get back in time. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Susan Wright
