Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital with family at his side on Tuesday August 8th 2017 in his 89th year. Much loved husband of Pauline Spencer (nee England) of 66 years.  Loving father of Joanne Bishop (John) and Sally Spencer (Barry Moffatt).  Loving grandfather of Thomas and Alexander.  Dear brother of Joan Daniels and Mary Millington.  By family request no visitation or services will be held at this time.  Private family services will be held at a later date.
