Obituary of Jacob Edward William Burnett

BURNETT, Jacob Edward “Jake”

Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 3rd , 2017 in his 27th year. Loving and caring father of Tyson and Kyler.  He leaves behind mourning his loss (as Jake recently told us in his words) “his first and last love”, Samantha Clarke and her daughter Saleen Milligan of Barrie. Survived by his mother Kim Robins (and partner Kelly Boyd) of Waterloo and his father Jim Burnett of Orillia. Lovingly remembered by his sister Becky Burnett (Jeff Bourne) and brother Joshua Burnett (Amber Chatten) and his nieces and nephews Kayden, Jordan, Tristan and Everly. Cherished grandson of Karen Robins of Orillia. Predeceased by his grandparents George Robins, Clarence Burnett and Mabel Burnett and great grandparents Bill and Edith Woodfine. Fondly remembered by the mother of his boys Samantha Oxby of Orillia. He left a lifetime of memories to so many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jacob loved life and lived his to the fullest letting nothing get in his way. He was forever grateful for the extra special love of his cousin Katie Dyer (partner Dalton Kinnear) and her children Kailey, Kalub and Colton who took him in, guided him and showed him the true meaning of the love of a family when you think your life is at rock bottom. We the family invite family and friends to a Celebration of Jacob’s Life at Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle,  375 Westmount Drive North in  Orillia on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 2 p.m. Cremation has take place.
