Obituary of Gordon Beard

Passed away at the Oak Terrace Care Centre, Orillia on Thursday May 24th, 2012 in his 81st year. Loving Father of Chris (Linda), Kevin (Jane), Ken, Kelly (Shawna), Carey (Whitney), and Kathy Mitts (Vince). Dear grandfather of 10 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. Gordon is survived by his sister Marie (Doug Peden), and by his brother Floyd (Bernice). A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James Street E. Orillia on Monday May 28th, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital.
