Bill was at the centre of many positive, progressive and innovative programs for Children's Therapy at Soldiers'Memorial Hospital. He was an energetic and active manager who would often roll up his sleeves and physically move mountains, boxes and filing cabinets to accomplish a task that needed to be done. Bill will also be remembered for his gentle nature, his sense of humour and his open, collegial manner with everyone that he came in contact with. I was saddened to hear of his passing and wish his family peace and memories of fonder times.

TO the entire Frampton family.
I wish to express my sincere condolence over the passing of your loved one .Such a loss is a painful experience to bear.Personally I have found that relying on the bible as a source of comfort is very encouraging. The bible speaks about a time when death will be no more in Revelation 21:3-4 and also Acts 24:15 talks about our dead loved ones coming back to life, yes a promise of resurrection by God.Please find time to give those scriptures a read and I am sure it will go a long way in comforting the entire family.
Please stay strong and courageous.
Oti.

In the 25 or so years that I had the pleasure of knowing Bill, I can honestly say that I do not recall any time that he didn't greet me with his characteristic smile, nor any meeting that wasn't brightened by his warm laugh. Bill was kind and selfless in nature, always quick to offer his assistance, never asking for anything without following up with "Is that okay?" or apologizing for any inconvenience. This brought out the best in the people around him, so it was a great place to be.
Bill has touched a great many during his life. I sincerely hope that each one feels as good as I do for having had the distinct pleasure to have known Bill both as a co-worker and a friend. Rest in peace my good friend. You will be missed. See you later.

Bill was an amazing human. So genuine, kind, generous, gentle, and a guy with a great sense of humour. The world lost one of the good ones. We were blessed to know him on this short journey, and we will miss him. Lori, sending you and your family all our love.

I am truly saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with Bill for many years as part of the management team at OSMH. I witnessed a remarkable individual who dedicated so much to his work and to those he worked with. He treated everyone with compassion no matter how trying the circumstances were. May you Rest In Peace my dear colleague. Lori, my heart and prayers are with you and the family during this difficult time. I hope the love and memories that you have will help to lessen the pain.
