Obituary of Murlene Yanyk

Yanyk, Murlene (nee Cook) April 24, 1950 – June 15, 2018

Passed away peacefully and quickly after a very brief illness.  Pre deceased by her parents Jo Ann (Jackson) and Murray, brother Terry and sister Leeann.  Murlene will be sadly missed by Alex Yanyk, her former husband and life - long friend. She will also be remembered by several cousins in Orillia, Severn, Sault Ste. Marie and Kelowna. Murlene was a longtime employee with the New Port Inn and Sundial hotel in Orillia.  She also made a donation to the Trillium Gift of Life to allow someone to see the beauty of nature. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Kamal and the Bayshore Nurses for their excellent care and compassion.  If desired, donations of remembrance may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice.
