Ross, Brian William
(1947-2018)
Peacefully passed away on September 11th, 2018 at his home in Severn Bridge, with family by his side after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Cathy (Meyers) Ross and his daughters Robyn (Steve) Ross, Erin (Shawn) Ross, and Allison Ross. Proud grandpa to six girls; Holly, Lilly, Kate, Carly, Shannon, and Brooke. He will be greatly missed by his two faithful Golden Retrievers Severn and Niaham. Brian worked tirelessly in the swimming pool industry since 1968, was the founder of Wavemaker Pool Spa Showroom and was devoted to several local charities. The presentation of the Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012 was very special tribute to him. The family business has been blessed to have the dedication of their long time employees and supportive customers during this difficult time. If desired, donations may be made to the Orillia Branch of the SPCA or a charity of choice, At Brian’s request there will be a private memorial gathering following the cremation.
