Copeland, Leslie Edward (Les)  ... July 15, 1929 to Sept. 24, 2018.

In loving memory of Leslie Edward Copeland who passed peacefully at Leacock Care Centre on Monday, September 24, 2018.  Beloved husband of the late Barbara June Copeland (nee Culbertson) and the late Marion Copeland (nee Drinkle).  Much loved father of Sharon Tryon, Dennis Copeland (Patricia), Karen John (Morris), Linda Hudson (Doug) and Michael Copeland (Wendy). Loving Step-father of Kim Holmes (Scott) and Kevin Statham (Debbie).   Proud Grandfather of Jason Tryon (Stacey), Julie Strong (Jeff), Dallas Copeland, Rebecka Copeland (Paul), Duane Copeland, Greg John (Doreen), Jeremy John, Katie John, Lindsey Hudson, Michelle Hudson (Sean), Matt Copeland and Tyler Copeland (Teresa).  Great Grandfather of 11 and Great Great Grandfather of 2.  Dear brother of Roy Copeland (June) and Janet Gonneau (Murray).  Predeceased by his Sister Freda Jubb (Len), Don Copeland (Daisy and Dorie), Doug Copeland (Auroa),  Bill Copeland (Eileen), Murray Copeland (Marg), Harold Copeland (Phyllis), Jim Copeland (Marg), Leo Copeland (Marjorie).  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  A Special Thanks to Dr. Kelley Wright and Michael Peirone and all the Home Area 4 Staff at Leacock Care Centre for all the special care given to dad and for always making him laugh which he loved so much.     A celebration of Les's life will be held at the Masonic Lodge 24 James Street East Orillia on Sunday October 28th, from 1 to 4 p.m..  An expression of sympathy can be made through the Simcoe Funeral Home to the Diabetes Association, Alzheimer's Association or Charity of your choice.   "In Lieu of flowers create a fun bucket list and complete it or go out  and perform a simple random act of kindness in memory of Les."
