At the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Monday November 12th, 2018 in his 87th year. Bill Gibson of Orillia, beloved husband of the late Heather Gibson (nee Cowie) and the late Vivian Gibson (nee Duguay). Much loved father of David-predeceased, Paul (Leslie) and Michelle Mawdsley (Stephen). Loving grandfather of Kelly (Lee), Ashley (Ahmad), Kim (Dan), Tom (Natasha), Braydon and Cole. Son of the late Bernard (Curly) and Alice Gibson. Dear brother of the late Jim Gibson. Also remembered by his stepchildren Laura Roach (Bob), Rod Heath (Kathy) and his step grandchildren.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James Street East Orillia on Sunday November 18th, from 1 to 3 p.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.simcoefuneralhome.ca
