I am one who is never at a loss for words but I am having trouble grasping the fact that BILLY is not just a call or text away. From April 1972 until December 2018 he was a major part of our lives no matter where we lived.

This seems so unreal... my heart goes out to Jenny , Jeff and all the family. He was the most amazing kind hearted soul always putting others ahead of himself. From the time I can remember he was always there greeting us with a big smile and giant hugs.
