at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Friday December 28th, 2018 in his 93rd year.   Dawson Campbell of Orillia, formerly of Coldwater, beloved husband of the late Alice Jean Campbell (nee Laceby).  Loving father of Sharon Watson (Douglas-predeceased), Sandy (Pam) and Michael (Sharon Van Staden).   Cherished grandfather of Deborah (Philip), Dwayne (Kristy), Joe (Steffanie), Amanda (Cory), James (Sara), Kyle (Samantha) and Shannon.   Loving great grandfather of Evan, Erik, Olivia, Presleigh, Tenley, Kamryn, Victoria, Catherine, Nicholas, Noah and Liam.  Great great grandfather of Leo.   Brother of the late Marjorie Cole.

A celebration of Dawson’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home- 38 James Street East Orillia on Saturday January 5th 2019 from 1 to 3 p.m.   Services under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 34 Orillia will be held at 1:30 p.m. followed by words of tribute.  Memorial donations to the Salvation Army Orillia would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.simcoefuneralhome.ca
