Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Tuesday January 2^nd, 2019 in her 78^th year. Beloved wife of Bill Longhurst for 35 years. Loving daughter of Robert and Caroline McPhee.  Cherished mother of Timothy McPhee-deceased (Fran), Donna Lee Ebbs (Robert), Robin Ebbs-deceased, and Cindi Ingersoll. Dear step-mother of Cindi-lou Jardine, Helen Pegg (Danny), Nola (Ron), Sherry (Stephen), Johnny (Shelley), and Billy. Proud grandmother of Rhonda, Adam, Megan, Timmy, Jamie, Chad, Wayne, Robert, Samantha, April, Amanda, Nathan, Nadia, Rebecca, Rachel, Justin, Danielle, Tyler, Erica, James Adam, Ron Allen; great grandmother of Shyanne, Ben, Carter B., Ethan H., James David, Jacob, Heaven-Lee Angel      (deceased), Madison, Brody, Angelyn, Carter M., Ethan M., Matthew, Ellaina, Andrew, Henry, Madison T.,  McKenna, Everett, Danica, Olivia, Gideon and Ella-Mae. Dear sister of Carrie (Sonny-deceased), Robert-deceased (Rosemary), Shirley-deceased, Gladys (Angelo), Thelma (Gary), Ray (Shelley), Linda (Bill), Ronnie (Patty), Rosie (Robert), Alma (Henry) both deceased. Dear sister in law of John, Lynn, Mabel-deceased, Gail, Hazel, Blanche, and Brad-deceased. Gloria will be lovingly remembered by her many, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Sunday January 6^th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday January 7^th 2019 at 11:00 a.m.  Spring interment, Cooper’s Falls Free Methodist Cemetery.
