Vickery, Robert James “Bob”

Passed away at his home in Orillia on Monday March 4^th, 2019 in his 78^th year. Loving father of Tara George (Jason), and Paul Vickery (Andrea Lister). Proud grandfather of Cole and Garrett George. Dear brother of Ken Vickery (Lorraine). Bob will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Bob was in the financial industry for over 40 years and was an active member of the Simcoe County community.  Bob was committed to his charitable involvements with United Way, Big Sisters of Orillia and a contributor to The Lighthouse Soup Kitchen and Shelter. In keeping with Bob’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to any of the above charities through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E Orillia.
