Twyla and family I missed this announcement completely. I am so sorry to hear of Cec's passing. He was long time friend and neighbour from our John Street days growing up. Many a ball game, road hockey game was played. What a great person he was. The picture of kindness and concern for others. Our prayers are with all of you. I will carry many fond memories of Cec and our shared laughs for the rest of my life.
