Dear Family and Friends of Margarete ~
I was a student at The Centre for Christian Studies when Margarete was on staff. She was an incredibly gentle, kind and hardworking individual. As a student, it was such a pleasure to go and pay my fees since when I did so, it would include an unhurried visit with her, where I truly felt that she was interested in me as a person and in my learning as a student. I was a long way from home and she offered a warm welcome. I thank God for the thoughtful, intelligent and faithful woman that she was, and how she made the world a more gentle place in all kinds of quiet ways. Bless her and bless you!
