I was saddened to hear of the passing of Guy. I first met Guy back in the Canice Street and Hillcrest Public School days. It was also good to see Guy in the choir at Orillia Presbyterian Church - St. Andrew's and see him come into the Fellowship Hall afterwards to visit with the congregation and have some refreshments. It was obvious to me that the last year had been rather up-hill and that Guy was slowing down. When we see folks passing that we have attended elementary school with, it makes us realize it could be later than we think!!! God Bless.

RIP to a kind and gentle man whom I have known most of my life. I took over the Packet and Times Route #5 in 1969 from Guy and I have fond memories have the mentoring provided. I have met Guy several times recently and we always had a pleasant chat. God Bless and my sympathies to all of Guy's family.
