Long, Irene Marie

Passed away peacefully at her home in Orillia on Sunday August 18^th 2019 in her 79^th year. Beloved wife of the late Ernest James Long. Loving mother of Janice Shantry and her husband Phil of Innisfil, and the late David Barber. Cherished grandmother of Ryan, Gary, Jamie, Brandon, and David.  Irene will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Visitation will be held at St. Athanasius Anglican Church, 10 Westmount Drive N. Orillia on Saturday August 24^th 2019 at 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. A reception and time of fellowship will follow. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to St. Athanasius Anglican Church or to the charity of your choice through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E. Orillia.
