To Peter and Susie's family,
I am sending you prayers and caring thoughts as you and your family move through this period of grief and loss. I am privileged to have known her and you, Peter, first many years ago when you were a preschooler. And then I came to know you again as part of the team (behind the scenes) of support for Susie as she walked these last many months through illness and waiting for the possibility of a lung transplant. I am glad I was able to gather a number of people together to hold her and her family and support people in 'prayer' and to participate in the fundraiser for her. I am sad all these efforts were not enough, but grateful that she knew she had supports in her community. May you keep well.
