It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Amber. Cherished daughter of Bill Windrem (Amanda), and the late Kathy Donnelly (René Baetsen). Loving sister of Brittany Donnelly, Taylor Windrem (Ian), Joelynn Windrem, Grace Windrem and Matthew Baetsen. Dear granddaughter of Dianne Hill. Amber will be dearly missed by her Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, family and friends. A visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E. Orillia on Friday November 15th from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion, 215 Mississaga St East in Orillia.
