Obituary of Andrew Herbert England

England, Andrew Herbert Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Wednesday July 29th 2020 in his 89th year. Andrew was born in Port Williams NS to the late Joseph and Marjorie England. Beloved husband of Jean England (nee Ford-King) for 68 years. Loving father of Gail Miller (late Ed), David England (Marian) Darlene Blackler (Norvell), Liana England, and the late Yvonne McGlashan (Jim). Cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Larry, Marg, Charles, and Betty all predeceased. Andrew will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E. Orillia on Wednesday August 5th 2020 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment Knox Cemetery, Oro. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Simcoe. In order to keep everyone as safe as possible, we kindly ask that all guests wear a mask and practice physical distancing. When coming for a visitation, guests are asked to pay their respects to the deceased, acknowledge the family from a safe distance and exit the suite. Once guests exit the visitation suite, we kindly ask them to exit the funeral home to allow other guests the same opportunity.
