When Sandra would baby sit Ralph’s girls she would always bring 2 bottles of pop and a big bag of chips. Sandra moved to Orillia and became a HCA where she worked at 3 different locations. She moved to Gravenhurst after leaving Orillia and worked at Tim Horton’s for a number of years. Sandra hand an awesome memory. She knew all her regular customers and would have their order ready for them, and birthdays, when you wanted to know someone’s birthday, just ask Sandy. She knew them all. She loved dogs and had a heart of gold. She would give to others before herself. Sandra had a lot of health problems and had to retire in 2014. She moved back to Orillia this last year and was able to get into Spencer House. She loved it there. She was the queen bee and knew all the residents and staff. Thanks to all the staff and residents of the 3rd floor Oak. We spoke on the phone often. She would call in the evening but didn’t do much talking as she would be watching her show ‘Bones’. Rest in peace until we meet again. Memorial donations in Sandra’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation through Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street, Orillia, ON, (705) 327-0221.
