deHaan: Schalk Pieter Peacefully at home on Wednesday December 12th, 2012 in his 82nd year. Pieter deHaan of Orillia much loved husband of Hilligje (Hilda) deHaan (nee Vroon) of 60 years. Loving father of Audrey and her husband Frank Beck of Norland, Peter and his wife Jacky of Washago, Connie and her husband Ted Maillet of Brechin and Hilda and her husband Alex Lau of Whitby. Loving grandfather of eleven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Dear brother of Paul and his wife Sylvia of Guelph, Audrey and her husband Jim Lubbers of Cambridge, Pete and his wife Mary of Cambridge and the late Jane, Maggie and Nell, Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home- 38 James Street E. Orillia on Thursday December 20th, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday December 21st, from 12 noon until time of service at 1 p.m. at the First Christian Reformed Church-50 Fittons Road W.
