Obituary of Mary Anderson

ANDERSON, Mary Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Wednesday June 9th 2021 in her 75th year. Mary was born in Windsor England to the late James and Audrey Stephenson. Beloved wife of Robert for 52 years. Much loved mother to Robert (Suzanne), Philip (Christine), Catherine (John), and Michael (Lori). Grandmother of Kristoffer (J J), Victoria (Curtis), Luke, Emily, Alicia and Jake, and great-grandmother of Braxton. Dear sister of Ann (Ralph predeceased), and James predeceased (Sonia). Mary will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Mary touched many lives. Her quick wit and humor made her a pleasure to be around. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at OSMH for keeping her comfortable in her final days. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E. Orillia by appointment only on Saturday June 12th, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Due to Covid- 19 restrictions attendance is limited and must be pre-booked. Please call (705) 327-0221 between 9am -5pm for an attendance time. A private invitation-only family service will be held later that day.
