Betty was born in Cornerbrook NL to the late George and Hettie Penney. She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband Robert. Loving mother of Gail Forsey (Roger), Lynn Budd (Rhonda), Tara Zekveld (Bob); step mother of Glen Smith (Deborah), and Samantha Parsens (Jeff). Proud grandmother of Cheryl (Peter), Michael, Andrew, Tristen, Tatum, Amanda (Dylan), Emily, Sarah and great grandmother of Asher, and Dexter. Dear sister of Ella, Hazel, Winnie, Joyce, George; predeceased by Mildred, Jeanette, and Vera. Betty will be lovingly remembered by her many family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E Orillia by appointment only on Monday June 14th from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Due to Covid- 19 restrictions attendance is limited and must be pre-booked.
