Obituary of Cathy Gray

Gray, Catherine Helen ‘Cathy’ Passed away peacefully at her home in Orillia on Sunday November 7th, 2021 at the age of 82. Born in Orillia and is the cherished daughter of the late Wilmer and Edith Burke. Beloved wife of the late Gary Gray (2014). Loving mother of Steven Gray and Leanne Gray. Proud Grandmother of Jaime, Mark, Ryan, Courtney, Amber; great grandmother of Madison, Curtis, Aaron, Rylie, Ryker and great great grama to Axle and Mateo. Dear sister of Patricia ‘Patsy’ (Elmer Nickerson) and the late Jack Burke (Yvonne -Survived). Cathy will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E. Orillia on Wednesday November 10th from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday November 11th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. a moment of silence in remembrance will precede the service. Interment St. Andrew’s St. James’ Cemetery, Orillia. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
